Types of greenhouse films/plastic: Refer Image Below
How to select one for your greenhouse: The Types of greenhouse films will help you select the right one. My recommendation would, is to go with 205N, as this is most widely used and works on major plants.
How to build your greenhouse and learn to weld the film/plastic and how to glue it: Think of like chips bag and how it is sealed. Over here same principle is used. The required size is cut, then bottom is sealed, side is sealed and then the frame is inserted, check for all the possible fits and possibilities. If everything seems ok, at top sealing, clean the area which needs to be sealed, use a special surface cleaner/primer (refer image), apply about 1 inch on both the sides which needs to joint, after applying wait for 25 mins. After the apply cyanoacrylate glue (refer image) and hold that area for 30 seconds.
If anyone requires to get this, we can get it done for you, please let us know the sizes.
